Do I need an appointment?

No, we only do walk-ins. Our busiest time of the year is prom season (February-May) and near the holidays so waiting times will be slightly longer then.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1209 Snow Street Suite A in Oxford, AL (Windwood Plaza). We are near Fun Wheels.

What’s your turnaround time?

Depending on the alterations you may need, how many garments, and how booked up we are at the time you bring them in, hem on pants/jeans sometimes can be done the same day or the next day. For formal dresses, it averages from one week to two weeks or a bit longer during our busiest times of the year. We do offer a ‘rush’ option for an additional fee if you need it quickly for an additional charge, however, that varies by case.

What do I need to bring for a fitting?

For ladies: If you are wearing shoes with a heel on them (unless flat shoes/barefoot) you must bring them in for the fitting. As well as any undergarments/shapewear you will wear with the garment. We recommend that you bring them in every time you’re trying on your garment.

For men: We recommend if you are wearing boots and you’re getting pants altered to bring in your boots, you’re more than welcome to bring in your shoes as well. As fit will be different with boots/regular shoes.

When do I pay?

You must leave either a %50 deposit or for certain cases have the amount paid in full at drop-off.

We are not responsible for items left over 30 days (from pick up date on blue stub).

How much are alterations?

You may check out our Alterations tab for some basic starting prices (all prices may vary). Alterations vary by many factors, this, unfortunately, makes us unable to give you a price via e-mail or phone. You can come by & have a fitting done, we give free estimates in person.

I need these ASAP, can you do it?

We offer a rush option for a separate fee (not including alterations) that varies in price. This is non-refundable and can’t be removed from order because of the rush. Some orders are not eligible.

I’m ordering my clothing online, can you take my measurements?

Yes, we have our own measurement forms or you are welcome to bring your own. This service costs $5/per form per person.

I'm unsatisfied with my alterations. What do I do?!

You have 7 days from pick up date on blue stub and it is part of our policy that you must have had a fitting when you dropped it off. Ensure to bring them back before the week is up, in order to qualify for free/reduced alterations. Provide a valid reason, and we will try our best to re-alter your clothes with the best of our ability! But please note, that no money is given back for altered garments due to the nature of alterations. If it’s after the 7 days the garment(s) will no longer be eligible for free/reduced alterations. We recommend to try it on here or try it on as soon as you get home.

Do you make custom clothing/costumes?

We only do alterations.
